– Calling for Applications now! | Kyoto World Water Grand Prize 2027

The Japan Water Forum has opened the call for applications for the Kyoto World Water Grand Prize 2027, an international award recognizing grassroots organizations addressing water-related challenges in developing countries.
The Prize honors community-led initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and resilience.
The award will be presented at the 11th World Water Forum, to be held on 21-25 March 2027 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

– JWF Fund 2025 Project Completion Reports

JWF Fund 2025 financially supported five projects from 4 countries, i.e. Mozambique (1), Uganda (2), Zambia (1), Kenya(1), benefiting 8,328 people in total. Projects included well construction for community water supply, rainwater harvesting systems and solar panel installation at schools. All of these projects included WASH awareness-raising activities.
