– Youth Water Forum Asia 2025 will be held on September 19th!

The Japan Water Forum is excited to announce that the “Youth Water Forum Asia 2025,” an international exchange event focusing on water for the youth generation, will be held on Friday, September 19th, 2025, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

At the Youth Water Forum Asia 2025, high school students from Japan, Korea, and Indonesia will present the water challenges and solutions specific to their regions. The event aims to promote cooperation among the younger generation by exchanging views on both local and global water issues.

Two high schools from Japan selected through the “Youth Water Forum 2024 Video Submission” will participate onsite and present their water-related activities in English to the world.

– Youth Video Screening at Expo 2025 – Don’t Miss the Opportunity!

Every year, the Youth Water Forum seeks a variety of water-related videos created by high school students from Japan and abroad. (Applications are now open.)
Selected video works will be screened at Expo 2025. Those planning to visit Expo 2025 are invited to drop by to see our exhibition.

For JWF Fund 2025, we have received 246 applications from 41 countries.
Through our selection process, we have decided to provide funding for 5 projects from 4 countries.
Mozmabique (1), Uganda (2), Zambia (1), Kenya (1)
