INCONCIENCIOUS AS FAR AS THE PRESERVATION OF THE CULTURAL AND NATURAL 
PATRIMONY.

1. TO DEVELOP THEORETICAL, DYNAMIC SESSIONS APPLIED AND ECOLOGICAL 
TOURS TO THE WETLAND JUAN AMARILLO (LAGOON OF TIBABUYES) IN REFERRING 
SCHOOLS OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF THE LOCALITY SUBA.

THE PROBLEM OF THE HYDRIC RESOURCES, WATER AND WETLANDS IN OUR 
PRESENT SOCIETY.
