THE STUDENT TO RESIST THE LACK OF TOTAL CONSCIENCE ON THE MAGNITUDE OF
THE PROBLEM OF THE HYDRIC RESOURCES, WATER AND WETLANDS IN OUR
PRESENT SOCIETY.
