A welcome reception and concert, in which famous works of music related to the theme of "water" will be played by the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra and the Kyoto City Junior Children's Choir, will be held for the participants of the Forum. A light meal will be served at the reception (buffet style) before starting .the concert.
An exhibition of traditional craft works of Kyoto will be held at the reception hall. About 300 citizens will be invited to these events.
