Annex Hall 1
The Annex Hall is connected to the Main Building and is equipped with facilities for simultaneous interpreting into nine languages. The hall can be adapted for any number of purposes, ranging from conferences to exhibitions and receptions. Used for conferences, the 1,500-m2 Annex Hall can hold 1,700 seats when arranged in theater layout, and 800 seats when set out with tables. Automated partitioning with soundproofing qualities enables the whole to be divided into 2 sections according to preference.

A spacious lobby overlooks the Japanese-style garden. An adjoining ante-room may be used as office space or for other purposes. The Annex Hall has its own entrance giving independence from the Main Building.
