| Video Conference was held between Colombo and Tokyo from 1:00-3:30 in Sri Lankan time. Leaders of related organization gathered at Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA), whereas in Japan, more than 50 people came to World Bank Tokyo Development Learning Center(TDLC). Though it was quite short, it happened to be a meaningful time with various stakeholders exchanging ideas actively. |
