Apply for the Japan Water Forum Fund

The JWF Fund was created in order to award grants to grass-roots organizations in developing countries involved in resolving water and sanitation problems, utilizing membership fees and donations.

During the past five years since the creation of the JWF Fund, it has supported 83 projects in 21 countries, benefiting more than 110,000 people.

Applications for the JWF Fund are not accepted at the moment. Please look for the announcement of the call for applications of JWF Fund 2012.

Sanimap

Sanimap is a sanitation database and a platform on the web providing a portal to bring together donors and implementing organizations for sanitation and hygiene projects or training courses.

Through Sanimap,
Organizations in the sanitation and hygiene sector can promote their projects and display their progress visually.
Donors can find suitable organizations and projects to support, and monitor their projects and activities on demand
Journalists can offer information on sanitation on the internet

What can users do?
ACCESS and POST
1. The proposals, progress & results of sanitation hygiene projects and training courses
2. Up-to-date sanitation of each country; and
3. Information on the organizations in sanitation / hygiene sector

Anyone can use Sanimap free of charge.

As a database on sustainable sanitation activities, the Sanimap will promote good practices and business model by sharing lessons learned online.
