５）Problems
There is no water supply in the Elukpitiya villange and only one well is available throughout the year. This well is also used for agricultural purpose, therefore, water volume is limited and shared by 41 households.

６）Output
・Conducting pre-meeting with the village people
・Construction of the rainwater tanks for 10 households
・Establishment of the operation and maintenance team with youths
・Conducting workshop on the rainwater harvesting tank

７）Potential Impact
・People in the village are able to access safe drinking water
・Youths of operation and maintenance team acquired technical skills
